Not happy with a product? Return it to us.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item for any reason, we’ve outlined our return and refund process below. Please read through the policy carefully and follow the instructions to ensure a smooth return experience.

 

Returns

You can return non-damaged items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and any accessories that came with it. If the return is not due to our error, customers will be responsible for covering shipping costs both ways. Please follow these steps to return a product:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via email at info@sunakin.com to obtain a return authorization number and return address.
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the order number and email address used to place the order.
  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method to avoid any issues with lost or delayed returns.
  4. Once the return is received, we will inspect the product and process your refund. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

 

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your product or experience any issues, we will gladly process a refund according to the original payment method. Please refer to the specific refund instructions below:

  • By Credit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to be processed. However, please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
  • By Bank Transfer: Refunds will be made by bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when requesting a refund. Make sure to provide the correct information to avoid any delays in processing. Refunds via bank transfer will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

To facilitate the return process, be sure to contact our customer service before returning a product. They will provide you with all the necessary instructions to make the return under the best possible conditions.

 

Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Damaged Items

We guarantee the safe delivery of your orders. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund. Please follow these steps to report DOA or damaged items:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to report any damage or defects.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and cover the cost of return shipping.
  3. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

 

Wrong Items Sent

If you receive an item that does not match the description or is significantly different from the product you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will either exchange the item or provide a full refund.

 

Warranty

Our product warranty covers defective items due to normal use for up to 6 months from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  • Within 3 months of shipment: Defective items will be replaced at no charge, including return shipping costs.
  • Within 6 months of shipment: Defective items will be replaced at no charge, but return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note that our warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from the following situations:

  • Improper use or handling: Any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions such as water, excessive heat, or direct sunlight.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications: Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than our authorized personnel or service centers.
  • Normal wear and tear: Damage that occurs due to regular use over time, such as scratches, fading, or other cosmetic wear.
  • Consumable items: Parts designed to be used up or replaced periodically, such as batteries, filters, or other consumables, unless otherwise stated.
  • Negligence or failure to follow instructions: Any issues arising from failure to follow the products instructions for care, maintenance, or use.
