Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Damaged Items

We guarantee the safe delivery of your order. If any item is received damaged or not functioning upon arrival, please contact us at info@sunakin.com within 5 calendar days of receipt. We will provide instructions for return shipping (at our expense) and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.

 

Tracking Your Order

Missing or Undelivered Parcels

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete. Sunakin is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
